Course Information

Hydrostatics: Archimedes' principle, fundamental equation of hydrostatics. Hydrodynamics of ideal fluids: Bernouli's principle, continuity of flows, Euler's principle. Hydrodynamics of real fluids, hidraulics: Newton's law of viscous fluids, Hagen-Poiseuille equation, Navier-Stokes equation, Chezy-formula, etc..
